Garden Gala @ Mylord - Ellezelles
oin the Belgian Bailliage of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs for its annual Garden Gala at Château du Mylord, the grand finale of our September weekend. At 11:00, we celebrate the Intronisation Ceremony for new members and promotions, followed at 12:00 by a Chant d’Éole garden reception and a five-course gastronomic lunch. This tradition was initiated by our Conseiller Culinaire Jean-Baptiste Thomaes and is now organised by Maître Rôtisseur Martin Simonnard, the young creative chef of Château du Mylord. Dress code: Black Tie / Gala. Menu: €165 pp; €10 per cover supports the Jeunes Rôtisseurs. Friends welcome. Reservations: [email protected] — #Chaîne. The Grand Chapter of France will take place, as is tradition, during the second week of October, from Wednesday to Sunday. Specifically, from Wednesday, October 7 to Sunday, October 11, 2026.
We will take you to discover the Secret Castles of Île-de-France, just half an hour from Paris.
We will visit this beautiful region, the historical cradle of France, and its most magnificent estates, as well as explore a lesser-known terroir and its culinary specialties.

Jeune Rôtisseur Competition – Belgian Selection The Belgian Selection of the Jeune Rôtisseur Competition will take place at Horeca Be Pro in Brussels. The competition starts early in the morning, when our young talents will demonstrate their skills, creativity and discipline in a professional setting. From 16:00 onwards, members, guests and visitors of the Chaîne are warmly invited to join us, support the candidates and share the excitement of the final moments.
